Since joining Beatty Hughes & Associates in 2022, Ella has been involved in high-value compulsory acquisition compensation claims, Class 1 and Class 3 litigation in the Land and Environment Court of NSW, and appeals to NSW Court of Appeal and the High Court of Australia. Ella has a particular interest in heritage law and worked closely with Andrew Beatty on a complex and unique heritage prosecution in the Northern Territory.

Ella holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Wollongong. She was admitted to practice in New South Wales in 2025.
