Timothy has worked on the firm’s wide range of environmental, planning and compulsory acquisition matters since his admission in 2017.

He acts for individuals, large businesses and government clients alike, with particular experience in litigation and compulsory acquisition.

Timothy’s practice includes, in particular, government acquisition of commercial and residential premises, advice and litigation in respect of large-scale developments, renewable energy projects, coastal management and judicial review proceedings.

Timothy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Media)/Bachelor of Laws double degree with Honours from Macquarie University.
